It depends on the expense platform, but in nearly all cases, YES. We work with a wide range of software programs, making your event as painless and automated as possible.

Do you negotiate hotel or resort rates on our behalf?

Absolutely. We diligently work with hotels and resorts to negotiate discounted rates and added amenities for our customers. Benefits such as free wifi, complimentary breakfast, waived resort fees, flexible checkout times, etc.

What is your fee structure like?

We offer three event planning packages to suit your needs, as well as á la carte services. We are happy to discuss our platform of services and prices with you.

How many people do I need to qualify as a group?

A group consists of 10 or more people/rooms. At 10 or more people, airlines offer group booking rates and at 10 or more rooms hotels offer special group discounts and amenities.

How much time is recommended to plan an event?

The complexity of your meeting or event will drive the planning timeline, but the earlier you start planning for your event the better. For a standard meeting or event we recommend at least 12-16 weeks. If you have a meeting or event coming up within the next 12 weeks, we can still help!
