- Favorite place to travel and why- The Crystal Coast. I am a beach girl and just instantly feel at ease as soon as I hit the coast. I love the open water and the salt in the air. It helps that I love to fish and the beach is just an hour and a half from my backdoor. It’s a quick weekend getaway or a great escape from the hustle and bustle in the city. Costa Rica is closely my second favorite. If you haven’t been it’s a must !
- Favorite quote- “ Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do”– Mark Twain
- Fun fact/unique skill- I used to play field hockey all through high school and was shockingly pretty good. I also have a mean golf swing, but I’m a terrible putter.

- Hometown and something cool/different about it – Winston-Salem, NC
Fun Fact: The Reynolds building located on 4th Street in downtown Winston-Salem was built in 1929 and served as the headquarters for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and one of the tallest building in town (many buildings have surpassed its size today). It even inspired a New York icon, The Empire State Building. Rumor has it that the Reynolds Building sends the Empire State Building an annual Father’s Day card. Sources say this is not true, but us small town Winston people like to think that those big city New Yorkers took a few ideas from out book The Reynolds Building now serves as the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. If you are in the area you should definitely check it out !
